Sometimes the crack or leak in the basement can be repaired from the inside using epoxy or a fill-and-fibre patch to the wall so even if the crack enlarges, the system will still block the water out.
If this does not fix the problem you may have to resort to repairing the leak from the outside foundation walls.
We assess and repair the damage and then apply coating, to the outside wall of the house, with a sealing material and adhering a dimpled barrier to enable water to escape to the weeping tile without getting trapped against the wall.

When we excavate around the foundation, it is possible that the trench will be there for a few days. We take all precautions to ensure safety to the neighborhood people and pets. When the repair is done and we are satisfied the the job was 100% complete, we will back-fill the trench and level the ground.
